Guest House Service allows our guests to save those hard earned vacation dollars, by making their own beds and tiding their own rooms. We supply shower towels and bed linens. If you need clean towels, all you need to do is leave the dirty towels outside your door in the basket, and we will replace with new towels.
The Ocean Tripp Inn is equipped with a fire safety sprinkler system and fire alarm.

The Main House has 4 common washrooms, 7 guest quarters and a family gathering room. Each room is unique, offering a different antique or retro décor. Some of our units have kitchenettes, where others provide a more simple setting. The Sea Camp and Beach Camp have private washrooms. All units/rooms have fans; we do not have air conditioning, as the sea breeze is very refreshing. We are a non-smoking Inn.

Cancellation Policy: $49 Processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. 100% refund of deposit will be honored if cancellation is made in writing/email 21 or more days prior to your check in date. 50% refund of deposit will be honored if cancellation is made 20-7 days prior to check in date. No refund of deposit will be honored if cancellation is made 6 or fewer days prior to check in date. Refunds will be mailed or reversed on your credit card within 90 days or less of the date of cancellation. If you check out early due to weather or any other reason, we can not and will not offer a refund. Thank you for understanding. We required a t least a 50% deposit for all advanced reservations. If you are booking 1 or 2 nights only a 100% deposit is required. | | | Room #1 = The Sea Shell, located on the 2nd floor of the Main House, is a simple and pleasant room with a partial ocean view. Room amenities include one double bed, refrigerator, fan and bath sink. Washrooms and showers located on the same floor. Sleeps 2. | | | Room #2 = The Ocean Rock, located on the 2nd floor of the Main House, is a delightful cozy, corner room with an ocean & lighthouse view. Room amenities include two double beds, TV, refrigerator, fan and bath sink. Washrooms and showers located on the same floor. Sleeps 4. | | | Room #4 = The Sailor's Hideout, …located on the 2nd floor of the Main House, is a charming small kitchenette with spectacular ocean views. Room amenities include one bedroom with two double beds, small TV, and a kitchenette. Washrooms and showers located on the same floor. Sleeps 4. | | | Room #6 = The Ocean Breeze, … located on the 2nd floor of the Main House, offers a cozy, but unique retro ambiance. Open the front door and view the ocean from your kitchen table. Room amenities include one bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen area has a full size futon, stove, dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster & TV. Washrooms and showers located on the same floor. Sleeps 4. | | | Room #9 = The SandCastle, located on the 3rd floor of the Main House, is a delightful and sunny room with grand ocean views. Room amenities include two double beds, refrigerator, bath sink and fan. Washrooms and showers located directly on the floor below. Sleeps 4. | | | Room # 10 = The Surfer’s Lookout, located on the 3rd floor of the Main House. A very small room with a breathtaking view. Room amenities include one double bed, refrigerator, fan & bath sink. Washrooms and showers located on the floor below. Sleeps 2. | | | Room # 11 = The Blue Ocean, located on the 3rd floor of the Main House, is a small, but charming room with an impressive ocean view. This room is perfect for a family of three. Room amenities include one double bed, one twin bed, fan, refrigerator & bath sink. Washrooms and showers located directly on the floor below. Sleeps 3. | | | The Beach Camp, is located on the 1st floor (Private Apartment. Minimum 5 night-stay. The Beach Camp offers a comfortable and cozy camp atmosphere. Camp amenities include private shower, kitchen area, and living room with futon (that sleeps 2). One bedroom has one double bed and the second bedroom has one double bed and one twin. We provide towels and bed linings; renters must provide all paper goods, trash bags, etc. Sleeps 7. | | | The Sea Camp is located on floors 2 & 3. (Private Duplex). …Minimum 5 night-stay. The Sea Camp offers a comfortable, old fashion, seaside camp atmosphere. This small 2-story duplex has 5 bedrooms, kitchen (no living room) and a private patio with ocean views. The kitchen has a stovetop (no oven), small TV & other kitchen items. Two bedrooms have one double bed, two bedrooms have two double beds and one bedroom has a twin (there is also a cot). We supply shower towels, bed linens and bedspreads. Renters must provide all paper goods, trash bags, etc. Sleeps between 8-14. |
